Oh yeah. Considering I had fierce competition. Harleys', Triumphs, and big dollar choppers. I wasn't expecting anything, but it was nice recognition. After a fully year's work I must say it was well worth it. I hope to see more people building up these smaller engine bobbers.
Finally finished and got a chance to enter it in the biker build off class. Got a runner up prize. Now im just waiting for spring. Cant wait to rider her. ;D

I lowered it just to see how it would look, but I leaving 3 1/2 inch travel, just because its already a rigid frame.

Thanks to this sites info and pics, it inspired me to build this one. IT started out as a XS 400 field bike with nothing but motor and frame with a lawn tractor tank. Six months later and it actually looks like something.
It should be ready for August.
The seat pan is being held up by a leaf spring. I used to U clamps to hold the leaf on the neck of the frame underneath the gas tank. And the seat pan is bolted down by flat head allen screws. Seat looks cool, cause it looks like its just hovering and very comfortable too.
