Air leak in my fuel line?

After a lot of work, chasing my tail, and replacing parts that didn't need to be replaced...I've solved the problem! I rejetted my carbs and then had to jet them back down to the factory sizes and do some tuning. A LOT of tuning. the float levels had to be adjusted and I've finally got it...

Air leak in my fuel line?

It's not air bubbles, it's full on large pockets of air that I can see in the fuel line. It causes the bike to "cough" and backfire like crazy. Also, if doesn't respond to the throttle right because instead of gas and air mixing in the carb it's air and air mixing in the carb. I'm thinking...

Air leak in my fuel line?

I have a 74 Honda CL360. Put 150 miles on it last weekend and all of a sudden there's a huge air leak in my fuel line. This obviously is causing it to not run right. I changed fuel line and fuel filters and that didn't do anything. I'm thinking it's possible that the floats are stuck? The...

    1974 CL360 wiring help needed!

I thought the same thing about those two black wires! But A) I tried switching them with no luck AND 2) when I looked at the wiring diagram it shows those two black wires go back to the same place anyways. Yes, I cut them and reconnected them. I will solder them when I get it working right...

    1974 CL360 wiring help needed!

I got a 1974 CL360. Been working on it for a few weeks and making good progress. I went to change out the handlebars and discovered that the factory ones have wiring running through them. I clipped the wires, put now bars on, reconnected the wires, and now I got nothing. I DID NOT connect...

    1974 CL360 Throttle sticking

It's got its own mind at idle as well. My plan is to rip it apart next week and clean everything and jet it and such. I think it's dirty carbs. I want it riding reliably...well, as reliably as a '74 can anyways, some new handlebars/grips, and then over the winter I'll tear it apart and cafe...

    1974 CL360 Throttle sticking

After further investigation it definitely isn't the throttle. I checked the throttle between the two carbs and it responds perfectly when I twist the grip. My next theory is carbs, which I will rip apart this week and clean as well as do a handful of other things while I have this bad boy in...

    1974 CL360 Throttle sticking

I just bought a 1974 CL360 to do build into a Cafe Racer. Every time I rev when I release the throttle the engine continues to rev, any thoughts on this? Obviously the throttle is getting stuck just wondering if this is a known issue that other people are having & if they have a recommended fix?
