Any idea what type or how much work the more together bike needs?

i do have a rotor, not sure if its good, its a bit dirty so it was hard to get a clear reading when i tested it. dont have the time to clean it but you can have it for 5 + shipping

Thanks! and spalding i dont mind them, i think itd be nice if they were little further forward but when riding its not bad. the only the that really bugs me is when rolling the bike i always bash my calves on them
