    The CJ360 Scrambler/Cafe Project

Right?! I was originally going to use a standard cafe bump seat that I had laying around but when I set the rear cowl there I knew right away that I wanted to incorporate that into the design. JR

Thanks! Yeah I wanted to keep the gauge cluster area clean (just the one gauge) so I relocated the key to the side. I did that on a DRZ400sm I had. Worked out really well. JR

    The CJ360 Scrambler/Cafe Project

Okay yesterday was productive, I got in a couple parts so I finished some things. I rebuilt the forks, replaced the shifter shaft seal, added some new rear springs and attached the tail light and hooked it up. Everything went smooth. took the bike out for a spin and it was super fun. Seat is the...

My first build - 75 Honda CL360 Scrambler

I have a clutch cable that I just took off of my CJ360. It should probably be lubed up but still works and is not cracked at all. Should be the right length. Let me know if you want it. I also may have a spring, I have a lot of parts sitting in my storage shed, I will check to see if there is...

Yeah, was going to do a full restore but would probably be more money than it was worth since it is not a super desirable bike. As for the pipe I didn't cut up the stock CJ pipe, it was a old slip-on muffler that I had laying around and I shortened the baffle and slipped it back in for noise...

    The CJ360 Scrambler/Cafe Project

The bike went under the knife again the other night. I decided that I didn't like the rear buddy peg mounts so I chopped them off and ground out the welds. looks so much better. :) Today I did a couple small things, lubed the chain, added some grips, and modified the old exhaust to make my...

    The CJ360 Scrambler/Cafe Project

Had a few days to tinker before I started redoing all the windows in out house. In order to finish up the wiring I had to relocate the key to a new spot. I drilled out the headlight mount hole and fit it there, work out well. After that I worked up a mount for the speedo. Last night I...

I really want to do some sort of dual round light. Like two 2” lights side by side. JR

    The CJ360 Scrambler/Cafe Project

So I started a new project. My dad had this bike sitting in his shop for the last 15-20 years, it used to run but when they moved up to the new property in the country on a long stretch of dirt road he decided it was to dangerous for him to ride back and forth to work. So it just sat. For...
