More posts... I did not enjoy removing the cat...! If I had the option for a cheap header in Australia I would have bought it hands down. Carb rejet was a bit trickier on the stock exhaust. Couldn't get a good idle until the new exhaust and cat went in. Enjoying the look of the exhaust wrap...

Got the same bike, also doing a resto. Did you manage to get the man for it? I'm stuck with the z200&kl250 for reference. Having a timing/carb problems with mine after fitting a new cam chain and having left a dirty carb for 7 years. Do you know which cylinder head marking and camshaft sprocket...
