The bike took a backseat to my Jeep and my kids for the summer. Finally welded up the tank tunnel and base. Now I'll start forming the top. The seat has been done and mounted for a while with the existing tank.
Best of luck with the aluminum! I'm just got upstairs after a few hours cutting out and bending the bottom and tunnel for my alloy tank. As kamn said, "sweaty".

Slow going of setting up torch, lighting, welding, turning off torch, grinding, brushing, cleaning, flux, setup torch, lighting, welding...
