This weekend I made the electronics trays and cut up a piece of angle steel and some gussets for the rear end. I thought about hooping the back, but it didn't look like it would work with the seat I have. I cut and ground an arc in the angle for wheel clearance. I brought it over to my cousin...

If you ran it off one coil you would be firing all cylinders at once. 1 and 4 would be tdc, 2 and 3 would be bdc. Every other cycle would result in a fire immediately after the intake stroke, not sure that would be a good thing. Also, you would be firing at twice the rate that your charging...

I noticed last night that the slipper of my cam chain tensioner is cracking near the ends on the non-wearing portion. Anyone have any experience with this? Is this something that will cause a problem or do they all look like this? Also the sleeve around the spring has a few pieces braking...

Take a bolt cutter or angle grinder to the spokes. Start fresh with new spokes. An old bicycle trick that I learned and am going to use on mine is to true them in the forks/swingarm. Use a piece of chalk to mark the rims where they are out of true and adjust tension in the spokes in the bad...
