Hey guys.
Holy shit it's been years since I posted on here, what have I missed?
I purchased a posh switch for a SL 350 I'm working on. It has a three way switch and a horn button.
The horn is easy, that makes sense, but just wanna check the wiring on the 3 way switch....
From another topic...
I should also mention that after sitting for a moment the battery had just gone back from 4.5-11.5! I turned the lights on and it immediately drained back to 7.5
More 450 problems
Was running great. Holding great low revs steady as a rock. Then after a 45 minute run, stopped for a couple of hours..... Got a couple of miles in and she dies at low revs.... Battery seems to be out. Low lights etc. lock her up...
I come back the next day with new battery...
Hey folks. Long time no post! Quit my job and am back in the garage.....
Problems with my 74' CL450 Drum brake.
New shoes. Grease and cleaned cams. Chamfered edges.

My question relates to the indicator wires and on/off switch.
As far as the indicators go I think I can just removing and/or cap those with no ill effects but I'm unsure about what to do with the wires...
Does anybody know the difference in axle length between a 69 cl 450 and a 74 cl 450? They are different part numbers but the same diameter. I have a 69 BOX assembly on the way from a 69' that is the same part number for the 74, it comes with an axle....not sure if it'll fit but don't want to...
Hi folks,
I half absentmindedly ordered a 2.75 19, or 90/90/19 front tire for my CL450. Stock is 3 or 100. I'm gonna go against the grain here and say like thinner tires on this bike in any case.
What are the ramifications of putting this tire on the stock 1.85 rim?
Thanks
Mike
