ok apparently i need new bearings for the stem. anyone know what kind i should get? microfiche says (#8)(1/4) i dont know what that means exactly. yea im dumb. ???

here they are! pretty psyched, now i gotta save money for new tires and such, but there's plenty to be done with sanding and painting the engine and tins. woohoo.
