Re: Saigon "Ca Phe" Racer. After a few probs with the clutch, finally got her out and running around 80 kms. (2 trips of 40). All seems ok until about 4000 rpms when it feels like it hits a flat spot before recovering again. Some pics on the road. And an attempt at vintage type...
