Haven't yet decided. I'm gonna wait to see how easy or hard it is to get the older 750 tank put on. If I can get it to work, i'd be more than happy to sell it. I'll can PM you buccicycle if/when that happens.
Also, it is a fiberglass, not metal tank.

I actually got in touch with a builder who said the only way to do it is to cut and re-weld the bottom of the tank to make it wide enough.
Now I need to find someone I trust enough to do that and to see if its even worth it.
Hey fellas, I'm will soon be a proud new owner of a 1980 CB750 (pictured below).
The bike comes with a cafe racer style tank, but I'm looking to change that up. I love the look of the older SOHC CB750 style tanks. I read that the earlier '75-76 model tanks may fit. Can someone confirm this...
