had a similar experience when looking for pilot jets for mikuni BS, It's possible they have mixed up the needles, since different models can have the same number but have vastly different sizes (but the same number). Didn't you get the seat for the needle valve as well?

Now that is a killer build! Love the workmanship, the cowl and seat is just stunning! (and the paint scheme that is almost identical to my own bike ;) )

Re: Yamaha XJ550 -1982 (The Zefram Rocket) (seat almost finished) I'm still putting time in to the build.. but not as much as I would hope to.. Powder coated frame and swing, swing bushings replaced with new needle bearings. New progressive dampeners and springs.

Needs carb cleaning, but well.. the price was good and tank, frame and fairings are all recently painted. any tips on where to find a cheap but functional starter relay for the GSX400F?
