Long shot here for a bike that might break half-a-ton on a good day, going downhill...with a tailwind. Original owner removed the rubber knee pads in preparation for paint, then sold the bike w/o ever completing the paint job, or putting the knee pads back on. Two owners later and I'm now trying...
So, just as a heads up to anyone who comes across this thread....the valve springs offered by Bore Tech are no longer available. When I contacted them they informed me that some of their products are not replenished once the stock on hand is sold, the CB/CL valve springs being one of those...
