I weld for a living but for some reason that scares me. Did it warp? Are you using a 110 welder? I am planning on riding my 360 to sturgis from WI this summer so I too want to put some miles on her.

Like that tank work. I have cl360 in the works which needs a new tank. I have a nice cb350 tank but it just looks small. Did you just tack weld it on the outside?

In need of spare seat or just pan for cj360. CB, CL would be fine too.

I have a seat off of a cl360. All in all its pretty nice for being in WI with a few rust spots that could be easily repaired. $40 shipped tyd.

I made this pan this summer out of .080 aluminum for my suzuki and am thinking of sending the bike down the road. The pan is 24 inches long, 7.5 inches wide at the front and tapers back to about 10 inches. Pad is removeable, made of carpet underlayment and bar stool vinyl with an aluminum skid...
