Hello
Can anyone confirm if the circled tabs are needed, if not I'm gonna grind them.
I think the right tab is the bracket for chain guard which I don't plan on running so can I loose it?
What's the tab on the left? Some kind of chain guide, is it needed?
Thanks
Matt
Re-posting in Suspension.
Evening, managed to get all the bushings from my swingman. Couldn't press the suspension bushings out so cut them, and couldn't drive the pivot bushings out so also cut them.
Looking to get the bronze bushings for rebuild...
Top stuff thanks, got the inner steel bushing out easy enough by pressing it out, just need a drift long enough to knock the plastic bushings out.
Any recommendations on where to get replacement bronze bushings?
Thanks
Hi, I've seen lots of posts on cb360 swing arm bushings but never seen a swing arm like mine....
I assume the bushings at the rear can be pushed out using the threaded rod and washer trick used by many...
But what about the bushings at the front where the arm joins the frame have you seen...
Hello,
First attempt at grinding and de-tabbing on my build, before I tore it down I'd marked parts for removal however I'm starting to second guess myself, I marked the tab circled below for removal but now I'm thinking this is the bracket for the rear brake switch. Can anyone help or confirm...
Hi
I'm going to build a battery tray under my brat style seat for my cb360 build. I will run the sparck moto reg/rec unit, now can I put this in the enclosed battery tray or will the unit get to hot with no air flow? Should I mount in direct airflow to keep it cool or provide some ventilation...
Had the forks on my CB360 skimmed and rechromed, would probably have been cheaper to have purchased new tubes after I factor in the traveling to and from the chromer but hey-ho. I used http://www.pittedforks.co.uk in Luton, UK.
I also got to see someone's custom build no idea who it belonged...
Let me know how the stock foot rest position and clip-ons work out for you, I'm planning on the same setup maybe with clubman bars.
Looking fantastic though, great inspiration.
Thought I'd post this comparison of soda vs vapour blasting. I originally had my head soda blasted as a complete unit but then I had to tear the head down and buy a new head and cover which were in a bad way aesthetically so I took the chance to have them vapour blasted.
Both heads were...
Hi
Picked up some EZ install fork seals for my CB360 but they seem a little too easy to install and pop out, considering the trouble I had getting the originals out. Anyone have an opinion on these (see video post)
