Just added some more pictures of the saddlebag. You can see the two mounting arms. I think they go to the passenger footpeg and the shock mount.

Sorry for the late reply! I'll try to get some more pictures of it this weekend. As for attachment, there are two "arms" that extend out from the backside of the saddlebag (you can see part of one of them in the picture) and they are held by bolts to the body. Its been awhile since i took it...

So I swapped the spark plugs and fired it up. Both cylinders fired (!) BUT the right was not...healthy...it would pop and smoke would come out of the exhaust. I messed with the fuel air screw and then it seem to die on me again. I also wanted to check the timing, but with the alternator cover...
