Or try a custom build??? Ask the BMV about if you put a junkyard bike together. How do custom builders do it? Like dime city when they go to a yard and buy a junk bike how do they do it. Dealers have to have a way to do it.

I had a CL175 with that exact paint color. I rode it so hard I cracked the front hub. My Dad laced up a new hub and I got a new XL250. WOW those were the days!!
