Man you've been through it! I had a lot of similar problems with my dohc. Header 2 running cooler, running lean, can't find sweet spot in air/fuel screws, running rough, fooled plugs,... I replaced plugs, coils, carbs, had the valve lash set at a shop but nothing worked. I believe my problems...
