We got the frame de-tabbed and the frame splice kit mocked up and almost ready for welding.

Yeah it is all hand made. There is the cowl and seat frame and then I made a seat pan for the upholstery to attach to. The leather part of the seat (seat pan) is easily removable so you can get to the electronics tray. I'm not sure what the reveal around the seat pan is, probably about 3/16".

So close to being ready for paint and powder, we are just trying to make sure we have all the final details complete. Got the seat done this week Electronics tray is now built and installed We counter sunk the dual disks so we can stick with the stock length disk bolts and cross drilled...

Suspension is complete. Gazi Hyper Lite shocks Race Tech Gold Valve emulators are now installed Tarozzi fork brace to keep everything in line I expect this bike to handle like a modern sport bike now...haha!

While waiting for my cam to get here I was able to get some of the other punch list items complete. Koso digital speedo and tach installed with new custom dash(second time I've built this dash)
