Do u think I screwed up the cdi by grounding out that blue wire to kill power to bike :-[

Wires are back together and the switch I sntalled to kill power is gone. I hooked switch to blue wire and then to ground so when I pushed the button it would kill power to the blue wire. After I did that is when I started having issues.. what do I do now

So this is the deal bike was running tits before i probably most likely did a retareded move. my kill switch is broken so i attempted to rig up a random push button 2 pole switch to kill the bikes power. so i rigged up switch and attached it to the blue wire i believe and killed the bike power...

Ok sprayed around the boots and yes it surged I got it at about 1500 rpm idle.. is that normal what should it be at in idle.. and should I just put a Lil silicon around the boots for a temp fix

also about the air box i found some foam and cleane dout the old one and hot glued the foam onto it seemd to work fine! yea i read that rejettting and all thats a bitch

OK GUYS UPDATE put on the carb after cleaning it and rebuidling it and guess WHAT! STA?RTED right up first try! its reving a bit high got it down to 2000 rpm what else should i be checking for?
