Looks good. The second tank is from a Yamaha XS750. Very common and pretty straightforward swap for an XS650 to give it a bit more of a "cafe racer" look.

Bit of a long shot but worth a go; does anyone know of a pair of wire spoked XS650 wheels for sale. I'd settle for steel rims (though aluminium would be preferred) and would also be happy with just the hubs.

If anyone's got a disk version of the cast rear wheel in 18" I'd be interested to know (or a nice set of spoked wheels would be even better)

I've got a 1979 Yamaha XS650 SE. When I purchased it (about 6 months ago), someone had started to turn it into a bad version of a chopper and applied liberal amounts of mauve paint to the wheels/calipers/battery box etc...
