Why not just replace put a single hose between the master cylinder and single brake caliper and do away with the splitter?

Looks good. The second tank is from a Yamaha XS750. Very common and pretty straightforward swap for an XS650 to give it a bit more of a "cafe racer" look.

Hi all, Bit of a long shot but worth a go; does anyone know of a pair of wire spoked XS650 wheels for sale. I'd settle for steel rims (though aluminium would be preferred) and would also be happy with just the hubs. Cheers, Zach

Thanks for the welcome. Here's a couple of pictures of my bike as it stands at the moment. If anyone's got a disk version of the cast rear wheel in 18" I'd be interested to know (or a nice set of spoked wheels would be even better)
