Does you lease allow you the ability to inspect the premises and show it to prospective tenants? Making several pop-ins to check on stuff, fix that toilet that runs and show the place while dropping off a rent invoice each time might give them the hint as well.

Looked to be a darker gray in color but it was getting dark so I couldn't quite tell what make. I was on my red CB350 headed the other way on Walnut. Nice bike. If you're on here, drop me a PM.

I am actually about to start stripping and painting an old tank. It has a very small amount of rust. Seeing as it will probably be stored off of the bike all winter while paint cures, if I use this stuff, what would I put in it afterwards for storage? I want to keep it indoors, so I'd hate...

Thanks for the input. I realize now how obtuse and noob-ish the original post sounds, but I realistically did want knowledge. Aside from some occasional stalls (probably my own fault for not winterizing properly), my CB really hasn't failed me. My issue is really that I bought it too soon...
