Here is my latest purchase
2008 SV650 with 5600 mi on it, Love it so far but have a few things to do/replace on it like the headlight, mirrors, plate holder, and pipe. I'm keeping my kz for now to play around with and I plan on riding this on a daily basis.
No we didn't do the Concourse but we looked at them all while we were at the race. I can't wait for GP this year, always a good time going downtown on Saturday.
Hey guys, looking to get a new bike just in time for moto gp this year, went and rode this tonight and it was pretty awesome http://fortwayne.craigslist.org/mcy/3902150915.html
Think I'm going to get it, what do you guys think?
Re: 82' KZ440 Build: Progress!!!
Didn't get anything done on mine this winter, seemed to spend all my garage time fixing little things on my truck. Just got my new carb and intake boots in yesterday going back to dual carbs now.
Hey guys, haven't been on here in forever. Bike has been on the back burner all winter, got a new to me suburban this winter that took up most of my time fixing little stuff on. Anyway time to start thinking about the bike again and got this in the other day.
Going back to two carbs instead...
depends on the year of you kz, '74-'77 won't work as the engine is different. '78- newer can be swapped, and really all you need is the jugs and pistons. the heads are identical, but you do have to switch to the 440 style cam chain tensioner.
