    OVerkill thread was awesome!!! Thanks. I decided to take off the L tank(even though I was bondoing and sanding it) and go with the "e"?? not sure all I know is that it is purple. I am going to sandblast it or sand it down and try and leaving it metal looking. I will try an epoxy or laquer...

    Got the cylinder head covers on the side nice and shiny... That brasso stuff worked great. I found that of the 8 screws that held on the 4 covers, there were 4 different types....i'll be fixing that soon. Exhaust going to be painted tomorrow...I hope. I sanded the rust off, wiped her down...

    Got myself a dremel, some shelving for the parts, some black paint and 600 sandpaper...got the exhaust off and going to try and polish the aluminum engine coming up. I'll show some before and after...any thoughts on how to polish it up nice and easy. Tried some rubbing compound but didn;t get...

    wow is it ever... took off the exhaust and going to wrap it and paint the end black with some good ol BBQ paint I wanted to swap the tank with a yamaha(top left) but no go as the frame gets in the way....hmmmm I'll have to see what to do. Now I have 3 tanks.....any thoughts? I'm looking for...

    shorty shocks arrived in New York....Telefix ordered and head light ears came in as well.....Took off the seat and battery, bought a motorcycle lift and ratchet set...excited....wheels getting taped up for a spinning flat black mat spray...come on out sunshine!! Going to look sick!

    Alright. Here I go. This is what I got. I'm going to slam it down and hopefully make myself a sweet ride. I welcome any comments and links to great photos for this bike as well as suggestions on what I should do to make it kick ass!! Wish me luck...love the forum and support, thx to all.
