    1981 CM400T wire

Figured out the yellow/red wire, I wired the green/red into the silicone rectifier that connects to the neutral wire teal/red I believe. All my loose wires have homes and to the best of my knowledge are in the right spot however I still have no freaking spark. So tomorrow I will make a diagram...

    1981 CM400T wire

That is exactly the wire I was talking about. I am wiring up an M-unit so everything is different and very much a pain in the butt. I'm trying to do try number two right and making sure all my little wires have a home. Thank you for the quick reply .

I am wiring my 1981 CM400T, The first try didn't produce any spark so I am redoing it all. I have a yellow and red wire coming off of the starter solenoid. Where does that need to go? I followed the schematic and it shows it going into the engine switch under MG??? I have wired an m-unit and...

    Motogadget M-unit blue

This is fantastic. And just in time because like you said powering the black and white wire does not work. Now. It makes sense as to why the muint was telling me something was not right. I will get a relay ASAP and hook it how you said. Thank you again. Sent from my SM-G930T using DO THE TON...

    Speedo in Headlight housing

I'm pretty sure my skill level wouldn't make it that nice. But I didn't realize that these were more common on vintage bikes. I will have to change my search settings and check that out. Thank you

    1981 CM 400

Bought this bike from my best friend in 2010, parked it in the barn and moved on with life. 2016 drove from Tampa to northern WI to pick it up and to hopefully breathe life back into it. Today she sits in my back yard in Japan and I am currently making a parts list. You guys are awesome and...

    Speedo in Headlight housing

Does anybody have any insight on this headlight design? I am really interested on how sleek it looks and would like to put it on my 81 CM400. If so please let me know before I try to cut a hole in mine jk I do believe it is too shallow of a housing to fit a gauge as well.
