    1973 XL175 Vitamin C Hell Ride

Not sure, I think the 185/200 has the same case/frame mounts (as well as the 100/125). I doubt the 250 will fit, I bought a crankshaft for one thinking I could graft it into the XL I had a few years ago and it's a lot bigger. I was also looking at the Chinese clone engines at that time as...

    1973 XL175 Vitamin C Hell Ride

Powroll used to offer head mod and needle bearings for the camshaft. You might try megacycle cams, they still do that type of work for old hondas. I don't see the XL-175 listed in their catalog, but it's similar to what they do. Boretech might be a good place to buy pistons, etc.

    Painting Help

I've switched from rattle cans to Urethane basecoat/clearcoat available at your local auto paint shop. It's incredibly easy to paint with it and the gun you have will work fine. Lacquer thinner cleans it up. Make sure you do it with a lot of ventilation, respirator, goggles and long sleeve shirt.

CB/CL/CJ 360 Cam Chain Guide Aftermarket Pre Order

@legendary rider: I've considered fabricating a tensioner from delrin or other suitable plastic with a metal backer attached with screws or rivets like what you're thinking. However, I think that the different expansion coefficients of the materials might create some issues with stress on...
