Well, it's been a quick but in some ways slow couple of weeks. Lots of trial and error on the front brakes....I think I still have some work to do here....BUT, she's licensed, insured, and on the road!! Still certainly recognizable as a 400F (which was the goal) just tweaked a little...

That was slightly dented but otherwise solid $40 1979 KZ400 tank. before: And....after (lots of sweat and dust...) after prior to paint: Was out on the old gal late yesterday afternoon for a toot around the back roads up in cottage country.....invigorating!!

Been kinda lucky in July!! Thing 1: This was sitting under a for sale sign on the side of the road. Didn't take long to decide to put it in the back of the truck. 1972 Kawasaki MT1....75cc oil injected 2 stroke. It's only ever going to be a cottage toy, but I can't help myself----already...
