    The Little Cub That Could

My favorite source of parts when putting my '63 Honda Trail 55 back together. http://dratv.com/ Do you not want to replace the motor entirely? They have everything from 50cc 3 speed auto clutch replacements, to 190cc 4 speed manual clutch setups available. I ran a good year or so on the stock...

    Un-remarkable BMW re-fresh. DONE.

Re: A rather un-remarkable BMW re-fresh. Keep up the amazing work. I had a '88 K75 for a short time, picked it up for a trade of my '89 Suzuki GS500, the friend didnt like the K75, was too tall for him. I loved the bike, had heated grips, windscreen, hard bags and center bag. Did light...

    1963 Honda Trail 55

Here's the most current setup. Factory length swingarm, rear suspension, different bars, and front end suspension adjusted properly. This day I rode about 80 miles or so on it, with about 15 miles on the freeway, and the rest of it in the canyons. The most comfortable it's ever been in the 7...

    1963 Honda Trail 55

It's been a while, but I'm back.. The Cub was in a couple of Japanese minibike magazines during the early to mid season of the build, and I think got to a really sleek, awesome look at it's lowest ride height, least amount of suspension stage of it's life (photo attached). When it looked as...

140cc in any of these older Hondas are all awesome. Here's my new build I'm working on, Honda CR125 2T motor/swingarm/lower engine cradle on a '81 Honda C70 frame.

    So-Cal riders

yea buddy! Nice meeting you too Mike! These rides are typically faster pace, not so many fall backs, or people getting lost. We had one guy who's max speed was 42mph, and that was tough to keep at his pace. The bigger rides are easier because the slow bikes keep with the slow bikes, and the...

    1963 Honda Trail 55

Found the problem I had before with a 140cc motor I had at first. Just put that in several hours ago, rode it for about 10 minutes for a shake down, tomorrow will get a good amount of miles with the 140cc motor.

AAA usually helps me with everything else I need too, but for my bike during this process, they said to create a file pretty much of a new bike, has to be done at the DMV. I've done VIN verification through head offices of AAA before, but it was on a 1953 vehicle which was currently registered...

eeks! I don't know about starting from zero, I would actually like to know in case someone has done it. Here's the process I went through with a little more, it could simply be as easy as filling out a blank DMV form, and thy may let you register it as long as it's out of the system. I've...

What year is the 360? Do you have any prior paperwork for the bike? Or is it a "new bike" type of registration where it's out of the system, and you're trying to give them all of the info?
