Yeah, after I posted this I came up with an alternate mounting solution that I think will be better. I am such a fan of keeping the frame tubing exposed so it would seem backwards to me to cover it up on my own bike.

Flip those headlight ears over so they angle down and drop the headlight. It will help add to the aesthetic of the bike being in a more sporty/aggressive position.
At the current bid price, if that is a real H1R, then someone is getting a steal I think.
That said, the plumbing strap holding the exhaust is questionable.
