more progress... I didn't like the angle of the lower seat brace so I cut it all off and changed it, lowered it to match the point at witch the back bone meets the motor mount plate. I had to trash the old oil tank so I started making one out of aluminum diamond plate, the diamonds should...

Nope, the Buell runs a monoshock that mounts under the frame... the shock works opposite of a normal shock...
