People who have . . . "professionally modified and upgraded in every way" . . . their projects seem to believe they can get their labor/outsourcing cost out of it. Sometimes you can find a newbie who'll cough up the scratch.

NADA price for this bike in "Excellent" condition is $2,230. I don't think he really wants to sell it.
