Start with the cosmetics, from what I see your bike has been "previously enjoyed". Break it down and spend the money on a professional paint job. Renew the fasteners with stainless steel ,have the engine blasted,,etc etc. If your mechanical abilities are limited, ask for help or hire someone...

Buy a used crankshaft. I have beaten a CB 350 to the point when the big end bearing failed and the piston skirt slammed into the crank. I doubt that you will abuse your weekend ride to this level. Don't waste your money, ,build a good top end in that motor and it should last you for years

You have a fat cam, you need the right rocker arms, and the camshaft sprocket. The late rocker arms will NOT adjust properly for clearance and the late camshaft sprocket will NOT fit the inner diameter of the fat cam. The rocker shafts will swap from early to late. Hope this helps

manifolds are not required, stock manifolds are what you use to convert CB 350 twins to Mikuni's. You can source universal cables from snowmobile parts suppliers and modify the throttle end to suit(that's what I did) good luck
