I have a question, anybody in the Fort Wayne area know of a shop that will clean and seal a gas tank. Apparently I don't know the right way and whenever I do it myself it doesn't hold up at all.

I have a 78 cb400t hawk II that I am looking at getting new tires for. My question is if I need to run tubes under the tires. I think I read that cornstar rims that were made in the 80's didn't need tubes, but I don't know if that's how mine are. Any help would be appreciated.
