Yeah I think bikes need to be improved upon, made lighter, and made to look better. I see some bikes that are no longer practical. With regards to the engine, seems like I like the sound of a V-twin.

Need opinions, which engine makes the best cafe racer, and why? :)

Can you tell what the front forks are off of? Also, is the virago 750 engine considered underpowered for it's displacement?

Ok guys, let's say it's not a cafe racer but i like something like this. Anyone can tell me if this is hard or what major problems i will encounter while building? What other bikes would be a good base for something like this? Also, in your opinions, which bike is most fun to ride? Thumpers...

I really like this one too. And it looks functional enough? Question, some people just lower the front forks by 2-3" and attach clipons or something. Won't that tilt the engine forward? Also, will that still give the cafe racer look if the fork is just lowered, tank changed, seats changed...

Yes the bike is monoshock version, and i didn't buy it yet. I also found another one for 30k but in non running condition, owner sad it's only a carb problem. I dunno how tru that is, this non running one is a dual shock. Can you show me of viragos that are good looking and functional for you...

So guys, if I buy this bike, it will be my first big bike, as well as my first project, now I don't have much resources so it will probably be better to keep as many parts as possible stock. So far what I can think of is changing the handlebars, changing the seat, the tank. Any other suggestions...
