    Woody's Back! – My 1973 CB/CL350

Yeah. Those tires were mounted on stock rims. I never downsized the front tire... I sold the bike the same way I built it. - Woody

CB/CL450 Hooker Headers Scrambler Exhaust on eBay.

They didn't hit my reserve... so they didn't GO anywhere. I'm talking with the guy that was the high bidder. He's made me a very fair offer on them. I have an interested party locally... so if I can't work something out there I'll probably take his offer. It's very close to what I would have...

CB/CL450 Benjie's Cafe Racers Tank and Tail. Never Painted/Mounted. On eBay.

This is mine. Not going to get around to the project. Had it a few years. Cost a lot, my reserve is way less. Good luck! - Woody http://www.ebay.com/itm/281113884412?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1586.l2649

There are 12" baffles (Swiss cheese type) cut down to 10" inserted in the pipes. Those tips were on the bike when I got it. I think they were something available in the 70's but not now. I'm lucky to have them. - Woody

I'm sure you've been done with this for a while now, but I haven't been on the forum for months. I did shorten the springs by 1" to add 1/2" of additional preload. Hope you figured that out. - Woody

Honestly, if you are looking for a bike to really "ride" I would stay away from the Firestones. They are not a performance tire... the Avon AM26's on my other bike are much more performance friendly. That being said, I knew that going in I was going for style over performance and so I went with...

    Wichita guys meet-up

I'm down. I have a few buddies around the ICT here that would probably meet up too. The next two weekends are pretty busy for me... but I could do Sunday the 7th in the afternoon for a bit... like between 1pm and 5pm ish. Would that work for anyone? - Woody

Need help: What cool older cars do you guys like? Weird question.

I'm actually really starting to lean toward the BMW 2002's... I've found one here in town that looks to be a great deal. I'm trying to get a time to go look at it... the dude selling and my schedules just haven't jived yet. We'll see. - Woody

Cafe Racer TV - Dime City's got the details..

I hope it becomes a huge trend and hyper-inflates the price if I decide to sell my Red 350 this spring. Plus there will be more people around to ride with. I don't really care what happens, I just love to ride. Woody
