    Stock chain size for CB350's

    Stock is a 530 chain but DON'T get the O-Ring Chains as they are wider and will cause interference under the clutch adjuster cover.

    I did the APPLY for a Title process in NJ. It is an Eleven (11) Step process that starts with Title Searches in NJ then 5 surrounding States (CT, NY, PA, DE, MD)and if they all come up Neg they "CAN" but don't always request you expand your search. (Avg $15.00 Each Title Search) I got lucky...

    Coil and plug wire reccomendations

    I used the same coils but you'll need to modify the stock Coil brackets to fit them under the tank. I used Aluminum Angle Stock but if I had it to do again I'd use Flat Stock as the Down Angle part just got in the way of bolting the coil in place. Note: I also modified the Condensor mounting...

    And leave off the Starter Motor if your going to use it as it lightens up the load and provides more clearance.

    Before you tear anything down - I have one word of advice - Pictures - Pictures - Pictures. Take pictures of everything even stuff you think you aren't going to keep on the bike when you're done. They will be your best friend in the end.

    Go South to Exit #4 then you're there. Just finishing up a '72 CB 350 with my son should be done in 2 days more work... but since he's at college that may be another month of weekends. I only work onit with him since it's his bike and being a 40 year old machine he needs to know how to do it...
