1980 GS450, was leaking fuel, turned out to be a borken float, after taking apart the carbs, cleaned them up, replaced new float, installed them and now it has good power when cooled down, but it won't go past 30 mph (at 3k revs) after warming up. Suggestions? Cheers

Heard different things about what difference does it make to install these and removing the stock box one (gs450). What do you think? How does ir affect performance? Cheers
