Well, today we played around with a bit of cardboard and got some basic shapes done.

We banged out a front numberplate today. Baby steps towards finishing this thing sometime in the future... 8) Some close ups, still needs some finishing touches.

Holy smokes its been ages! There has been some progress for the first time in quite a while. Last time I updated we had mocked up a rough outline for the seat and exhaust and thats where the story continues... These are from yesterday and today.

Thanks! The exhaust will change. We decided to make the whole thing all over from the beginning to the end! 8) The process is at a bit of a halt right now but new rims should be here soooooon! Can't wait to get them laced up and under the bike!

That's true! Thats about as low as that tank will go without some serious cutting. I think the XT500 tank that's on the Kiddo Dos might be a bit bigger so it might sit a bit lower and close that gap nicely. It doesn't bother me too much yet, but it might at some point. When it gets to that point...

Some progress has been made! My friend has been plugging away quite a lot since he's on vacation! ;D The rearlight has been sort of tried on and approximately tested. Dont mind the ugly workmanship on it, the rear light will be fitted into a CNC-machined block to get it fitting nice a flush...

Well, something along these lines but with my own twist. The bike came with a Husaberg enduro silencer. It will be shortened to fit the bike. Supertrapp would be cool but since the bikes being built on a budget for now we'll have to use what we have at hand.
