Sorry for the lack of posts. life took a turn for crazy and I had to put this project on the shelf. However I recently pulled everything from the depths of storage and tossed it all on a table to start tossing ideas around.

They are brooks grips for a bicycle. I had to bore a few parts out on the lathe to get it to fit on the throttle side.
I think I'm going to run a suck through set up with a hsr42 flat slide Mikuni. That way I won't have to modify the floats for a high boost set up. It will also help atomization of the fuel.

Here is the drive pulleys getting set up. I started with a stock drive sprocket turned down to a flange to bolt the drive pulleys to. The inside pulley will be the drive pulley for the super charger and the outer a belt drive back to the transmission. I have a soft tail transmission kicking...
That happens to be a Aisin 500cc supercharger. I had to hold it up just to see. And since I hate doing mods that make me lose power I was sold rather easily and decided to go forth with super charging it.
