It's been a while but I finally made some progress on the DT today. Autolube oil pump installed and adjusted. Main jet increased from 180 to 200. Good improvement but still lacking at full throttle. Will go bigger again. Rode the bike with pre mix in the tank as well as the autolube. Muchos blue...

Not much action here lately. Still in lockdown so just tinkering until I can strip it right down and powder coat the frame. Been trying to get the autolube 2 stroke set up. The pump I have is leaking more than it pumps. Another pump on the way to me from Pete. Hopefully I can have it all up...

Im planning to use a fork brace from a cb500 to mount the front guard too. It's a 3 piece unit that is too wide. Hopefully will be able to use a piece of aluminium to make a narrower centre piece. Sent from my moto g(7) using Tapatalk

A few small imperfections but overall very happy with the way this has turned out. Some clear coat and Yamaha decals then the painting is done! Still have some work to do to the front mud guard, headlight and mounting the tail light. Should be ready for the DGR ride solo next Sunday. Sent from...
