    CL350 Turn Signal Ground

Oh yeah? I wasn't sure if running the signals' ground wires into the Green grounds in the harness was a true enough ground. I'm not running a Speedo or Tach, so I've got some left over green ground inputs that may work in the harness.

    CL350 Turn Signal Ground

Hey folks, Switching out the turn signals of my 1973 CL350. Not bothering with LED. I have some nice mini incandescent 2-wire signals that I got from DCC. Stock rear signals are two wires, so that's an easy swap. Stock front signals are single wire, which means they must be grounded in the...

73 CL350 Fork Ear Complication (help)

Hey @1fasgsxr Here are pics of my stock upper. Slightly different from what you posted. Thoughts? I'd prefer to find the fix for the issue, rather than just covering the gap with a piece of tube. Though it's not a bad backup.

73 CL350 Fork Ear Complication (help)

Hey folks. I'm struggling with the stock fork ears on my 73 CL350. The stock upper triple was cracked so I spent the coin (wife was not happy) on a wicked black anodized upper triple and risers from Cognito Moto. The new triple is pretty much the same height as the stock triple, but for some...

    CB550 Top End Leak? [Pictures]

Hey Crazypj. Thanks for the info! Is this fix something that requires pulling the engine from the frame? Or can it be managed without pulling?

    CB550 Top End Leak? [Pictures]

Hey everyone, When I bought my 77 CB550 last season, it had the beginnings of a leak on the upper left fins. Wasn't a big deal. Now, it's starting to become an issue, though I still don't have any spray on my pants yet. Wondering if anyone can throw a few guesses out there as to whether this...

Arrow fairing on CB750 mounting advice

Hey Pat Thanks so much for all the information and pictures. It helps a lot. Yeah, I've got some nice CNC clipons and a couple headlights on order that should fit the 6.5 inch headlight opening. That Rickman mount seems like it could work, I'll start looking out for one. Otherwise, it gives me...

Arrow fairing on CB750 mounting advice

Hey slikwilli420 It's not a Rickman. Rickman's tend to have a wider, blunter nose. This has more of a bullet or arrow shaped nose, which is what I was after cause I tend to dislike those fairings that look almost square from the front. I imported it off of WeBike form Japan.

Arrow fairing on CB750 mounting advice

Hey everyone. Another year. Another shed build. I picked up a 76 CB750 in pretty decent condition and just recently imported an Arrow fairing form Japan for it. I've got some experience with these old CBs, but I've never personally installed a fairing so I was hoping all you kind folks could...

    Grounding Wire Extension (Suzuki)

Thanks Sonreir! It's 125CC with electric start. Think I'll stick with 8 gauge based on what you said. Headed to the store this week to find some. Copper is the way to go I'm sure. But should I try to find braided copper?

    Grounding Wire Extension (Suzuki)

Great. Thanks so much for the info Sonreir! Makes sense. Do you happen to know what some standard grounding wire gauges are for small CC bikes? (it drives me crazy when they don't indicate the gauge on the wire jacket and I don't have a meter to investigate) Again, thanks for the help.

    Grounding Wire Extension (Suzuki)

Great. Thanks Sonreir! Does the length of the run of the gounding wire matter at all?

    Grounding Wire Extension (Suzuki)

Hey Hillsy, Thanks for the info. So a double ground, eh? And do the gauges of the ground wires have to be exact as stock? or is there a little wiggle room?

    Grounding Wire Extension (Suzuki)

Hey Everyone, So, I moved the battery location in my 2012 Suzuki GN125 by a few inches. Now my battery negative lead which grounds to my engine is not quite long enough. I need to buy a new ground wire to run now. Do I have to find the EXACT gauge (no way to tell what the gauge is exactly...

    Suzuki GN125 | First build

Dash looks cool Tijmen. Thanks for the tips about the exhaust. Hey, I was wondering, how did the whole rejet go? I'm looking to put a K&N pod on my GN125 and was thinking you might have some advice. Did you ever get this bike running smooth as stock?

Motomia ENZO 150 CDI Cafe Racer Build (South Africa)

Cool little build. We've got loads of these random copy-cat brands kicking around here in Panama as well. I've always thought about picking one up for cheap and hacking away at it for kicks. Sticking with the original Suzuki's for now, though.

Suzuki GN125 Beach Brat <$1000 - Finished First Build

Thanks Tijmen. They aren't decals actually. I drew them on with those cheap dollar store paint-pens. Had to go through a bunch of different ones until I found the ones that would draw smoothly on metal. Still not as clean as I wanted though. And the seat came out great considering. Though I need...

Suzuki GN125 Beach Brat <$1000 - Finished First Build

Hey folks, Proud to say I used this forum almost on the daily while tearing down and reassembling my little gn125 over the past month. I did all the work myself except for the welding of the rear hoop section and the actual upholstery of the seat. I'm a Canadian but I live down in Panama on...

    Brake Light Install Wiring Help

Yes. But maybe Japanese manufactures have similar wiring standards. Who knows. I'm grasping at straws. Just can't wrap my mind around what the issue would be if I've tried every single possible wire combination with no success.

    Brake Light Install Wiring Help

PS. I thought the Green/Yellow in the harness would be ground, cause it's common in other applications. But according to your major manufacturer wiring colors list in the forum, Honda uses Green/Yellow specifically for Brake Lights...
