How do you think my bike would look with the white exhaust re-routed up higher, honda scrambler style? Found the leak, lose hose clamp leaking gas onto carb and it seems my petcock doesn't work.... One more picture of her in the sunlight!

The engine is rattle canned in a gun metal color. I havent rejetted the pod filter, but I'm sure it needs it because its leaking a little gas and ruining the paint...

Its Alive! Got her running last night, but realized the clutch wasn't engaging, it would die when I put it in gear. Heres a quick video of me starting her up and a couple revs, the battery was dead so I had a trickle charger on it...

Update! Nearly complete! Recently added the exhaust wrap, homemade seat, rear turn signals. The foam under my homemade seat is a little larger then I originally wanted but I'm hoping my fat ass and lots of fall riding will lower the height. Also tried making a white seat...bad idea...

Yes, I ran into clearance issues with the muffler and rear brake, had to lower the muffler to that awful angle to get the rear brake to work without rubbing. It looks terrible I know, I'm thinking about taking it in to an exhaust shop to reroute the exhaust up higher, honda scrambler style.

Hi, I'm having trouble finding a front brake for my newly bought 79' KZ200. The mounting holes on most other KZ's are to long to swap. I would like to convert to hydraulic but cant find one that will work. I might need to buy or fab a mounting bracket to accommodate a larger hydraulic brake. In...
