    Kawasaki GT750 / KZ750P - Brat/Scrambler thingy

So i've been a bit busy this summer, and haven't had time to do an update before now. The brakes has been serviced, forks polished, new headlight mount, aluminum fenders and valves has been adjusted. Unfortunately there still a slight ticking, but i'll try some cleaning fuel additive and see if...

    Mikuni BS34 needle plug/holder removal

I'm installing a jet kit on my Kawasaki GT750, but im a bit unsure how to get to the needle. Specificly how to remove the plug holding it down. The white thing with four holes on the picture. My best bet is to use a set of long noosed needle pliers and pull it out, but is seems like it needs...

    Kawasaki GT750 / KZ750P - Brat/Scrambler thingy

sooo.... the clutch cable broke on my way down the driveway this morning, and it'll be at least a week before a new one arrives. I couldn't find a new cable locally, so i had to order one from the UK, and ordered a manual cam chain tentioner while i was at it :)

    Kawasaki GT750 / KZ750P - Brat/Scrambler thingy

Thank you for the advise, i'll keep the strength in mind when i start modding the seat. This is has been done since my last post: Bought and fitted a new Delkevic megaphone exhaust (sounds great, but might have to pad the baffle a bit to make just a tad more discrete) New K&N air filter fitted...

    Kawasaki GT750 / KZ750P - Brat/Scrambler thingy

I ordered a spare seat with a tear down the side on ebay and received it yesterday. The plan is to modify the base slightly and create a better looking seat. I'll try to slim it as much as possible, -without ruining the mounting system. Maybe stretch or shorten it, depending on the design i...

    Kawasaki GT750 / KZ750P - Brat/Scrambler thingy

Nope, thats the vin number, its stamped in the headtube, and the vin/type plate. Weird thing is that it says type : kz750e and has a special gt750 badge with a german flag next to it. Could there have been a special production run for germany?

    Kawasaki GT750 / KZ750P - Brat/Scrambler thingy

I've realized that my SV1000S is too aggressive for my daily commute, and i don't have time to ride it outside that, so that will be put on sale. Just brought home this old sloth of a bike, payed 7000 DKK => 1000$ which is cheap around here (all motorcycle and cars is taxed 180%, so all...

    Honda GB250 Clubman

Looks awesome with the bump! But i would keep the side covers as they were, makes the bike look heavy going all the way to the bottom. And paint the rearset bracket black.

Thank you, i really like your City Scrambler project as well. Got the rubber from my brother in law who works at DAFA (www.dafa-as.com ) and was able to get a piece that had been cut of in production. It's really nice to work with, just used a razorblade and some sandpaper to give it a really...

Thanks Marla, hope to see your build sometime. Metallet ser meget mat ud i...

    Suzuki GS750 - Brat-Tracker-Cafe-Something-Garage-Build

As i mentioned earlier i had a spare fueltank out for a respray. It was a spare tank i bought for 300DKK / 50$, I had no idea how it looked underneath all the paint and padding. I had i clear coated (clear powdercoated) directly after sandblasting, so I actually didn't know how it would turn...

Re: Calling all Photoshop Experts: CB550F Kerber Benefit Bike Did my best. But its pretty tough to create a realistic candy red and silver effect without 3d models and lights on a computer. CB200 '73 tracker project - DONE :D

Re: CB200 '73 tracker project Usually you can just wiggle them out with a flat head screwdriver and a bit of oil or use air pressure on them. - Or maybe see if you can find new rubbers and use a bit of brute force?

The gastank makes it look a bit off, i think a tank from the XT500 might look good on this? -Or just something that doens't look like a camels back. Are you going to replace the speedo/tacho? Maybe do something like this with you front, then you could hide the speedo and tacho behind the plate.
