Sup guys? Been enjoying the Kawi all summer. Some pics are attached. Currently preparing for some modifications when I put her away for the winter. Planning on fabricating a electrical/battery box so all components are in a centralized area. From the electrical box, running the wires through an...

What did you build this week?

After I recovered my seat, I had a bunch of spare fabric. Made this tool roll out of the scrap. Will fit nicely under my bikes seat.

    Strange blinker issue

Good day, Looks like the signal switch is connecting with other systems somehow. To start, I assume the blinkers were working correctly before you rebuilt the switch? If so take a second look at your connections when you rebuilt it. If you can’t rectify it that way, try removing some systems...

    KZ750B wiring/ battery problem

Dont know if you found the source of the constant drain, but fyi the Ricks regulator/rectifier should be plug and play with your stock wiring. According to the wiring diagram, the green wire should be connected to the field coil. See attachment.

Thanks man, its great to be here. Let me know when you’re coming through the area this summer, and we’ll go for a ride. You’re right, lots of great roads to get lost on and break down on in this area. 8)

Thanks man! I have some family in the MTL area, I am thinking of riding up there this summer. For the K70’s, I used the universal touch up paint pen from crappy tire. It looks good now, but we’ll see how it holds up once I get her on the road this summer. It was easy to do with the wheels off...

    Kz 750 help

Hmmm I was under the assumption that the KZ750’s from the 80’s were all called LTD’s? I may be wrong. You can put clip on’s or clubman bars. If you are 100% dead set on clip ons, and have no intention on putting on clubmans in the future, you could grind down the handlebar mounts. Once they’re...

    1983 kawasaki kz440 iddle issue?

You should get a new diaphram for sure. Also get the shop manual for your bike and look into getting the timing right. Is the choke on when you are idling it?
