I am measuring using an inferred thermometer and my hand on the exhaust. It is way cooler to the point I can hold the header pipe (which is wrapped in exhaust wrap)

Good joke :p Compression check done and all are good. 170. Engine was completely rebuilt recently. It is one of the inner cylinders that is cooler, #2.

I am having an issue with my CB750. One cylinder is always about 50 degrees Fahrenheit cooler than the others. I have swapped plug leads around, checked float heights, cleaned carbs and checked shim clearances and all is OK. It idles smooth and revs OK. Anyone any thoughts? Would I need to...

I have fitted a GSXR 750 rear master cylinder to my CognitoMoto CB750K rearsets but I am a bit stumped as to how/where to put the brake light switch. Anyone have a similar setup and like to share some pictures?

Thanks. I have the proper metal traps fitted to the header now. The red plastic ones were only used until I was sure I had everything in place as it needs to be. Same with the ones at the end of the downpipes.

Been a while since my last post. Had to get another front wheel.. Problem sorted and finally got tires fitted. Also got the rear sets installed with some mods required. Also got some AN-8 connector hooked up to the oil tank. The oil tank is waiting to be powder coated but everywhere is closed...
