    SYM Wolf 150 Build

If you still need them I got them. I gotta check their condition though. PO dropped the bike on gravel, so I know one of them is cracked. If you aren't already, join 'Lovers of SYM Wolf 150' on facebook, I'm more active there.

    SYM Wolf 150 Build

Can't say parts are easy to come by but a lot of CB/CG fit with little to no modification. I had a lot of fun learning on it and still have fun as a daily. Plus I figure if the engine quits on me, I'll swap in a 200.

Moved a few more wires around and cut some foam. Road around most of the day without catching fire. I consider this a sucessful swap. Also put on some new grips.

Since the battery was shot since I first bought the bike, figured it was a good time make the switch to lithium. A little rewiring and a removed solenoid later and she’s ready for the Antigravity 4cell. Decided to mount a tool bag in the old batteries place, which fits a liter fuel canister...

Had some extra red LED strips I mounted to to the seat pan to light up the wheel well. Originally saw the idea on an electric bike at the One Moto show this year. Also took the time to finish cleaning up the wiring. Super clean and WAY more easy to remove the seat.

DO THE TON BIKE OF THE MONTH - APRIL 2020 - WINNER!

Really tough choice. Lot of skill went into the 400 and a lot of determination went into the G15.

    SYM Wolf 150 Build

Thank you! Been looking at exhaust systems for it. Looked into rearsets, but they'd get in the way of the kick start. Which, currently, is the only way the bike will start. Pretty sure the 6 year old battery isn't holding a charge. Next project is my buddies 1980 KZ750 LTD Hardtail bobber.

Thank you. They're stock and 6 years old, so I'm also looking to upgrade. Was thinking about getting those cheap RFY shocks and rebuilding them.

Tail lights($7 each)and indicators($4 pair) are from Aliexpress. The amazon indicators($14 pair) are about the size(50mm-ish) of the brake lights and the cone is a bit more pointed. They just wouldn’t look good on this small single.

Guess what was waiting at the post office and not customs... Good thing the KZ750 I’m working on needed indicators.

    SYM Wolf 150 Build

Looks like my indicators are trapped in limbo at customs. It's nice out and I'm impatient, so I ordered another set from amazon that won't be shipped internationally.

Made a functional mock license plate mount out of some spare aluminum flat bar. Eventually it will be upgraded with a thicker steel version.
