As the name implies I am a Helicopter mechanic. I am charged with the care and feeding of an EMS helicopter (BK-117 to be exact). I love my job.

I used the stock CB750 seat pan and welded a CB350 Twin tank on. I cut 7 inches off of the front of the rear fender and slid it up. The build thread is somewhere in the seat/tank section of the forums.

I want to second the previous.... DON'T TURN THE CAR ON, jump off of the battery only.

I rode the 157 miles over on Sunday to avoid the rain. Last year definitely had more going on than this year, but still very cool. I saw Vince Lupo's Superhawk sitting across from the demo ride area as we were leaving, very nice looking.

I made it out today, did a twenty mile loop out around IPFW and back. Bike is dirty but I am happy I got to ride.

I am planning on going again, I am still smiling from last year.

Definitely check out SOHC4, it is worth your time. Too bad about getting rid of that Tracy body, I didn't think much of them at first, but the style grew on me. I will be riding again when the thermometer gets closer to forty again.

What you need is an electronic flasher relay and load equalizers. I made my own load equalizers using this information http://bareasschoppers.com/loadeq/ but have yet to install them. I made my own LED tail light and turn signals. I am getting away with running just the electronic flasher...

Fuel Screws are located on the engine side of the carb, think of it like a faucet; Turn clockwise to reduce (lean) the amount of fuel, CCW to add more (richen) fuel. The air screw are locted on the inlet side of the carb; turn the screw CW to reduce (richen) the amount of air, CCW to increase...

There (Emgo) is your problem. I am using Pro Grip dual density gel grips on my bike for 15,000 miles and LOVE them. They are firm but not hard. Hairspray is a good trick to get them on too...
