Building a 75 dt100. Bored .50mm over, Cleaned up the ports, ported out the reed cage and new reeds, Going to make a pipe for it. Question is what size carb do you think i should go with? factory is a 24mm.
Picked this bike up last year for a steal. Decided i would build it while i have the time at school, something to do. Pulled everything apart. Did some porting and polishing on the jug, did some work on the reed cage and put some dual stage reeds in, rebuilt the carb. Need to get the cylinder...
New here. Just started my dt100 cafe build. Just something to keep me busy while im away at school. Working on getting everything cleaned up and sanded down. Frames getting powdercoated and im going to go from there. I'll probably start a build thread if you want to see more.
