    hi guys 8) I did't answer for a long time here. Currently I'm stuck on Тнє ρяσjєcт // ténéré, and totally neglectedt kafesaki. It is planned to continue in a few months..I can't wait, everything is ready for assembly ;D

    intake is expanded and slightly slightly rough ;D but exhaust is full polished..

    After removing/softening the browning using hcl, those are just washed out with water, dried and cleaned with steel brush.. I polished them later

    I've customized all bolts for frame, brakes, suspension and etc..these are the strongest available steel bolts and somewhere I used stainless steel.. steel is nickel and chrom plated, stainless steel is only polished.. 32% HCL

    have you ever powder coated cylinder or cylinder head from air cooled engine? what do you think about this and relationship with heat retention ie heat dissipation into the environment? any experience? I'd like to do this , but i'm not sure about this above..thanks for your opinion!

    calipers are just polished and so will stay, the latest finish is unipol polishing paste and soft cloth with really, really slow rotation on drill machine ;)..''copper'' is reflection from red surface :) this is part of my polish equipment :) ..and this is bike in cardboard boxes ;D...

    I have couple of clutch cover from a 750 and machining isn't a problem. Oil seal for KZ 650 clutch cover is 20x28x5(mm) but I'll put 20x26x3(mm) (with spring, of course) So it will stay more aluminum around the hole for kick starter shaft, who will have this cover in your hand you'll see why :D

    I bought kickstarter from KZ 650. I've thought make a hole for kickstarter shaft and seat for oil seal on my KZ 750 clutch cover. Does anyone know which is the exact dimensions of kickstarter oil seal for KZ 650 clutch cover??

    I used alu polishing paste and toothbrush :D for outside cleaning carbs... after cleaning just rubbing with cloth, some parts are nickel plated...
