I know it's not motorcycle related, but the vibe is the same. Watch it and you'll know what I mean.

Hi! I'm beginning to disassemble my engine (CM250) and would like to have some help to diagnose the carbon deposit on the valves and pistons.
I'm guessing some oil is leaking through one of the left side valves (right picture) cause the deposit seems to be thicker than the other side and a bit...
That's what I was doing at the moment! ;)
Bearings are not the same. So I might be looking for a CMX250 tripple tree (same bearings with 33mm forks instead of 31mm). The CB360 forks would fit in I guess...
I'm thinking of putting a front disk brake on my CM250. Since I have two CB360 front ends I was wondering if I could use one on the CM. According to the list found here my CM have 31mm forks and the CB have 33mm.
I thought of putting 33mm forks into a triple tree made for 31mm.
Do you think it would fit in by opening the braces a bit? Would it be safe to ride or should I forget about it?
Thanks!
Thank you for the input Jewbacca. I went to the local electronic store this afternoon and bought one. Back home I dissassembled the old button and realized why it stoped working. There was a thin layer of dirt between the spring the his seat preventing the contact to be made. After some cleaning...
Thank you guys ;-)
@Mr.E : The inspection guys need it ... just to bug you!
@wavyspike : Thank you for the hint, but there's no power going to the horn .. I tested with a multimeter and tried with another horn too. I'm almost sure I'll have to find me another horn button... :(
I just feel like telling everyone that I was able to start my CB360 for the first time this afternoon! ;D I was so glad! The bike had not been strated for about 10 years according to the last owner.
It was really funny to see left pipe shooting pink house insulation cause a mice took shelter...
Thank you guys!
@loudboy : Post pics when you can! I would really like to see it!
@iSack1L : Thank you for the keyword ;-) Found some ideas... but not exactly what I have in mind for now...
Hi guys! I'm curently planning/drawing my winter built (a CB360) and wondering if someone ever made a double seat cafe? I've tried finding some exemple here and with google without much success.
I know that a cafe is not meant to accomodate a passenger, but I've been asked so many times for a...
eh eh thank you guys!
Here are some pics on the new bikes!
First one was taken by the PO. The bike looks much cleaner on the pic than it really is.
It's a CB360G 1974 registred in 1973. There's 12000 miles on it and from what he said it have been sitting in the shed/garage for about 10 years...
Hi mates!
I just joined a couple days ago. I'm new to this cafe thing. I bought me two CB360 last month and I'm planing to get something out of them. Still not sure what since I'm more into brat/tracker bikes but I dig the cafe look! Last year a I modded a small CM250 and got I pretty decent...
Problem solved.
I went to the local auto part store this morning and bought the strongest carb cleaner they had. It was 50$ a gallon. I dipped the carb in it for 3 hours than hit it with a tooth brush and super degreaser. It took away most of the rough deposit in and on the carb. I used some...
I know this is an old thread and my very first post here but I thought it would be a good idea to share my experience since it went really bad.
So I came across this post looking for a good way to clean my CB360 carbs. It seemed to work for everyone but project750. I bought me some lemon...
